The country/pop star took over Times Square in New York City performing songs from her just released album 'Red'

Listen to Taylor Swift on iHeartRadio

Taylor Swift took over Times Square this morning (Tuesday) for her second Good Morning America appearance this week. During her segment, she performed “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” “Red” and “Love Story.”  Anchors Sam Champion and Lara Spencer also introduced six young fans to Taylor, who shared some insightful advice on living your dreams.

Taylor Swift tells her young fans:

“I think you know, whatever you want to do, make sure you work as hard at it as you possibly can. Once you do find out what you love in life that might happen when you’re 16, it might happen when you’re 25, it might happen when you’re 45. But whatever it is that you figure out that you love, I guess, work hard at it and try to be good to people.”

Taylor isn't trying to impress anyone with her looks. She tells London's Sun, “I don’t really take my clothes off because I don’t think I can pull it off. Also, most people are only going to focus on one or two things about you -- I want that to be that I write my own songs, not that I have great abs.”

Red is the top-seller at iTunes.
