
I have always had an issue with keeping my weight under control. My teens were difficult because I was "Big Boned" ( which we now know isn't really true!) The twenties were better because I was usually too busy and/or too poor to eat too much! But then I hit the thirties! (insert sound of tires screeching to a halt here).
As my metabolism slowed, it also became harder to balance a diet and exercise with my busy work schedule. Add a husband and kid and things got worse! I gained 30 pounds in 2 years!
