Kellie Pickler revealed this morning on “Good Morning America” that has shaved her head in support of her best friend Summer Holt Miller, who was recently diagonosed with breast cancer. Summer will begin chemotherapy tomorrow.

“It’s been a great life-changing day,” Pickler tweeted yesterday, urging fans to watch GMA this morning for the news. “Be sure to watch “Good Morning America” tomorrow morning (Sept 5th). You won’t want to miss this!!! ;)”
